Q: What are my shipping options?
A: There are 5 shipping options.

Residential Delivery

Non-residential Delivery

Terminal Pick-up

UPS Ground

A residential address that is recognized by USPS. Only covers curbside service per FTC rule. An adult 21 and older is required at the time of delivery.

A commercial or non-residential address that is recognized by USPS. You will be liable for any additional charge if your address is Residential and you chose Non-residential Delivery.

Order needs to be large enough to be shipped on pallet(s). You will need to make sure pallet is intact before opening the wrapping and transferring cabinets to your vehicle.

For small or single item orders. No delivery appointment needed.

Most expensive (due to FTC rules and lift gate cost)

Same as the cost of Terminal Pick-up if no lift gate is needed. $50 extra charge will be charged separately if Lift gate service is needed for this option.

Lowest cost option when order is shipped palletized.

Cost varies.

Q: How are shipping charges calculated?
A: Shipping charges are calculated based on Subtotal Order Amount (excluding discount and sales tax, if any). Please see detail charges here.
Q: Can I arrange for my own shipping?
A: Yes. Up to $50 packing fee may be charged. We will send packing/pallet dimensions and weight info to you and you can arrange for your own shipping.
Q: Can I pick up from your warehouse?
A: Sorry we do not allow customer picking up orders directly from our warehouses. But we do offer a flat $199 Southern California Delivery.

Q: I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order and get my money back?
A: For stock cabinet order, you may cancel your order free of charge if your order status has not shown “In Progress”. If your order has been processed, there is a 15% restocking fee. You cannot cancel your RemingtonUSA custom cabinetry order.
Q: I decided to return my cabinets. How do I do it?
A: A return must be processed within 7 days of receiving the order. For return of stock cabinet order, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. All returns are subject to manager's approval upon receipt. The original shipping charge is non-refundable and items are subject to a 15% restocking fee for all unopened items and 20% for any opened items. You are responsible for any shipping damages occurred during the return process. We do not accept any RemingtonUSA custom cabinetry order.
Q: I notice shipping damage / missing items, what do I do?
A: Please note any damages and/or missing items on your delivery receipt before signing (your pallet shipment should look like this). Very importantly, please take many pictures of the pallet/damages and e-mail them to with the subject showing your order number. Any claim filed 7 days after receiving the shipment will not be accepted. It is your responsibility to report any shipping damage or missing items BEFORE you start any assembly process. Sorry we will not ship out any replacement product or part before receiving photographic evidence. Material that is not in its original delivered condition (e.g. assembled, left out in weather, damaged) will not be accepted for a return credit. Please check additional disclaimers here
Q: What is your product warranty?
A: Our cabinets are covered for one year for manufacturer defects only.


Q: What are my payment options?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal. We also accept Wire Transfer and Direct Deposit. We do not accept checks of any kind, sorry for the inconvenience. We will send you the wire transfer / direct deposit instruction upon request.
Q: My total payment due exceeds my daily limit of my credit/debit card, what do I do?
A: Please contact your card issuing bank and tell them the exact amount that Domain Cabinets intends to charge for your order. This normally will solve the problem when your bank grants the daily limit exception. In rare cases, we can help you to split the total amount into multiple charges. We will only process your order when 100% payment is recived for stock orders and 80% for RemingtonUSA custom order, no exception.
Q: Can I pay cash in your office?
A: We would rather not.


Q: What is the best way to order?
A: The best quickest way to order is to order everything online and checkout. When your payment online is processed, your order will be automatically sent to our warehouse. If one or more items you ordered are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with options. Q: Do I have to order a sample door or color sample before I order cabinets for my whole kitchen?
A: Not necessary but highly recommended.
Q: Do you offer free quote/design?
A: No. However, we offer low cost options for design service and quote for custom kitchen. Please check out Quote and Design page here.
Q: Do you offer assembly and installation service?
A: We offer assembly and installation service only in Southern California area. Check out our SoCal Remodeling page here.
Q: Can I order more than one style/color in the same order?
A: Yes, however, Domain Cabinet Direct reserves the right to make an additional charge to cover any extra shipping charges associated with shipping from multiple locations. Please note that this may also delay your order by 2 - 3 additional days and the order may arrive in seperate shipments.

Q: It seems that we can go either way with your stock RTA cabinets or your custom RemingtonUSA line. Do you have any recommendations?
A: We always recommend customers check out our RTA cabinets first because they offer better value, especially when on sale. When you conclude that something matters to you the most is just not offered by the stock RTA cabinet choices - for example high end Blum accessories, then it's time to look for custom options.
Q: Your RemingtonUSA custom cabinets are a lot more expensive than your stock cabinets, what are the major differences?
A: Other than the made-to-order cost structure of the custom cabinets making them pricey, there are several major advantages of our RemingtonUSA™ custom cabinets:
    • Unlimited custom sizing
    • A lot more door style and color/finishing choices, including ones we haven't listed yet 
    • Blum® ClipTop hinges and TandemPLUS BluMotion drawer glides
    • Factory finished dove-tail drawer box that is already assembled, polished and UV coated (vs. 5-piece flat packed drawer box for stock cabinets)
    • Water based ICA® wood finishing 
    • Cabinet box made entirely of 3/4" UV-coated birch plywood
Q: I like your RemingtonUSA custom cabinets; where do I start to order?
A: You can either start with a custom quotation or custom design service with us. Once you upload all the information that we need, we will guide you through the process to finalize your order.
Q: When can I receive my custom order? Can I expedite it?
A: The typical turn-around of a RemingtonUSA™ custom cabinet order i 7-8 weeks from the time when at least 80% of the total order amount is recieved. Occasionally we can expedite your order to 3-4 weeks for an additional $1,000; but this is not possible on every order and will have to be discussed on a case-to-case basis.
Q: Do you have a minimum order amount?
A: Yes, our minimum RemingtonUSA™ order amount is $1,500 excluding sales tax (if any) and shipping charges. We charge $200-$500 extra for any order that is under $1,500.
Q: Can you custom make some cabinets to match your stock RTA cabinets?
A: Sorry we dont do it, and don't recommend it.
Q: Can I order only custom doors from you?
A: Yes. We will need the exact door sizes and quantities.
Q: Can you make cabinet doors that match IKEA hardware and boxes?
A: Yes. We can also make custom frameless plywood cabinet boxes to match IKEA doors.
Q: Do you provide assembly and installation service for your custom RemingtonUSA™ cabinets?
A: We provide full assembly and installation service in Southern California only. However we can pre-assemble your RemingtonUSA™ cabinets for $45 per cabinet and ship them out on pallets (Shipping charges generally end up double a flat-packed pallet).
Q: How do you handle RemingtonUSA Cabinet claims (damaged cabinets, incorrectly sized doors, etc.)?
A: That depends on the service you requested. 

For the Remington Full Kitchen Quote, we manufacture the cabinets exactly to the specifications listed on the quote you received and confirmed. We do not accept responsibility if the cabinets quoted do not fit your kitchen, however, if there is a discrepancy between the cabinet and the quotation, we will take steps to remedy that.

If you purchased the design service, we will accept full responibility for any incorrectly sized cabinets based on the design we create for you and that you confirm. If there are discrepancies between the design, quote, and finished product, we will take steps to remedy that.
